I had a whole order held up by the Vertex 3 but in the end had OC split the order so I could at least start putting it together while I waited.

I am now running the system with a temporary install of Windows on a data drive but the boot times are killing me, I can't wait for these bad boys to finally come in and get shipped.

I'm curious. When OCZ say they have been shipped, where exactly have tgey been shipped FROM? Is it from the UK, yurp or further afield? It'll make a big difference to when they might actually arrive.

Was going to buy it from Overclockers but now going elsewhere. I can get it £25 cheaper from a competitor.

OcUK must be pretty confident they are getting stock first then, or have most of it.

Profit taking or have the delays been caused by something that has caused the prices to rise?

I love OcUK however I feel raising the price is a poor move, and I will definitely be going elsewhere now, regardless if I have to wait a week or two. Its not so much the money, its the principle. I refuse to pre-order from them due to bad experiences from them before (however that was not their fault) but that is my reason. I prefer to have the money in my account should I need it until I know it can be shipped. But by putting the price up......yeah, not happening.
