I just use Quick Assist these days given its built in to Windows 10.

I believe I responded somewhere....yeah it works great, but only if the user has it installed already
Teams works also, but crap if you need to install something with elevated permissions

It looks like it's built in. I never installed it so must have been through an update of some sort.
It is but not every OS has it, or it's been stripped at some point historically. No idea if it's in Windows 7 either
Yup just press CTRL + Winkey + Q, get remote user to do the same, then give the remote user your code. SimpleI just use Quick Assist these days given its built in to Windows 10.

Even our 'more challenging' users know what it is, or 'next to ctrl'
