I would put a spreadsheet up of the costings per machine if I was researching business remote support. This is usually the business model pricing for most but on the odd occasion you might get site pricing as well. Most systems just require a client installed and then they controlled from a control panel.
Use ISL online at work now as apparently teamviewer upped their prices significantly. In my opinion it is one to avoid, quality is poor and a lot more input lag than teamviewer
I might be misunderstanding this, but are you after software which allows you to elevate permissions on a remote machine... Without having previously installed software on that machine? Sounds like malware to me, outside of a Microsoft product such as SCCM as you've outlined.
