It was £250 including RType II, so the Sega games were £210 for 46 games.

Initially I said the deal was off entirely before he turned up. But he came anyway and it was at my place of work, so I sort of felt I had to go out to him.

After a frank exchange I sort of said to myself that although he was being a bit of a dick I had already agreed to sell him RType III previously anyway. And selling the Sega stuff in one lot was a bonus, so nothing really lost.

So I grudgingly let him have RType III. Then the cheeky b***** took a gamebit driver out and opened the cart to check if it was a genuine cartridge.

I just laughed, took the money and showed him out.

One for the books for sure. I guess at least he knew his stuff. So if he did buy them all, would he check every single one? :D WINNER
 
Being patient pays off, just bought a copy of Vib Ribbon for £25. First time seeing a PAL version on Ebay, I could not leave it there. I always see Jap/NSTC but glad I looked today.
 
Just saw a bargin on fb, of a SNES boxed in great condition and 16 games all unboxed including Zelda and Starwing for only £100. Someone clearly not realising what they are selling.

Just wish I had the spare cash to snap it up.
 
I have been changing my mind constantly, but I have decided to sell my Megadrive and SNES. Had them since I was a kid but I think they would be better off with someone who will use them. With the exception of Zelda for the SNES, I have the following (which I posted in this tread a couple of years ago):

Are there a lot of people in the MM who collect retro stuff or would it be better to eBay them?

Nice Master System collection you have there. There's a few people on you YouTube in the UK that have full sets. I think they are call Tooty UK and Syber Snake 7 iirc. Worth a look. I only have 9 in my collection and I find them really hard to come across in the wild.
