recently bought a nice netgear router from the *oi competitor!*,
paid 50 pounds for a netgear wpn824 as advertised on their website,
anyways got the product home to notice that my receipt and a sticker on the bottom of the box which i had not noticed identify the product as preowned (which i didnt mind)
now after 2 hours on the phone to netgear technical it appears i have a fault with the product.
anyone know my rights in regards to returning this for either replacement or refund,
the website advertising for the product did not indicate it was pre-owned i paid the full price as per the website price for the router so feel a bit peeved that more than likely its been faulty then returned then sold on to me at full whack
where do i stand ocuk and what are the legalities?
