What I mean is they're fun to play with. Especially if someone of questionable intelligence is washing the car.

I looked and the wipers and lights are a £200 option on most new Insignias.most decent new cars include it as standard. But i get what you mean about value for money. There was a time when auto lights and wipers cost like £300. All for the sake of pressing a button / pulling a stalk.
Was waiting for that. Nope I gave them some money for various options as at the end of the day I'll be driving it 50% of the time![]()
Why not save some money and buy your own car instead of buying silly shiny bits for a car you don't own![]()
See I agree with you about A and B, but I think C is pretty important to me when it comes to driving experience.

because this way he gets to drive a nice new car that he doesn't have to worry about the running costs?
i'd rather drive my parents' new mini than a crappy old fiesta

Another stupid cheap dig. That's 3 this week
It's not possible for me to share a car because I need one to get to into work, I could have shared my dad's nice Focus but I'd rather have my own car and drive where I want when I damn well want. I didn't even bring the car into question, I was just asking why he deemed it a good to spend money on extras on a car that he doesn't own.
Fair enough, I wasn't even saying it's a bad thing, all I was questioning was why you brought shiny mirrors for a car that isn't yours and then mjt has to get on his high horse and be a total wally for no reason.
What I drive is my own problem, I don't need people telling me what I drive is rubbish when I live in an area that if I brought anything more powerful then what I have the insurance companies will give me a proper fisting.

Scott may i ask why you would even think of driving the E93 third party only? :/
clearly, living in london the car you have is perfect for what you need. and for scott212, using his parent's cars is perfect for what he needs..
Stupid options…how about "Heated Steering Wheel - £145" (From the new Z4 pricing catalogue)
