My lack of empathy towards this GoFund cause is justified. Why should I donate? Do you donate to every family who has lost a loved one or only to soft porn celebs?

People still die from starvation
People still die from curable diseases
People still die from oppressive government regimes
People die as victims of war
People are still homeless and in need of support

Now I don't know who set that funding page up but it seems it may have been done by close personal friends or family which is understandable but to ask the public for donations for someone who was most likely rich, has lots of assets, brands or even a business is greedy and chav like.

I'm sorry but if Bill Gates dies are the family going to start a Go Fund Me donation page because of the families loss?

People with money shouldn't really ask for donations as if they are a charity case.

If someone was poor and couldn't afford something essential like a head stone or money for a proper funeral then I'd be all for them setting up a donation page and asking people for support but this is just a bit sick really and somewhat exploitative.

I thinks its actually a sign of the community and online nonsense she is part of.
People think they are something special because of likes on FB or stuff.
Exploiting each other for 15 mins of fleeting fame, advertising revenue etc.
Real people dont give a toss because we are not part of the circle jerk.

I didn't know who she was either but she was no 1 on most read and I was intrigued to know OCUK's opinion on her parents using her popularity to earn some cash. :o

While you say that I am wondering how many clicks a BBC story has to get to get to No 1.

I find the whole idea of internet fame fascinating.

More so because my son aged 10 is constantly bombarded with these people from FIFA 16 and minecraft youtubers to his fav music artists and youtubers talking about his favourite music artists.

My niece 13 showed me this blog by an Australian who was trending somewhere because she finally had the gumption to say what she was doing was a pile of cack and counldn't believe she was getting serious dough from it but is now fed up of the fame (she was 20-21 or something like that).

This is the future of TV and dinosaurs like me aged 43 better get informed.

Finally can someone explain how to multiquote .... :p

Majority of people have said RIP to her losing her life:confused: so what in the blue hell are you on about??

People quite rightly are a bit miffed at the audacity of her family asking for donations due to her leaving her kid behind. We, as a society are not obliged to help her out...that is down to her extended family to make sure she is looked after.

If people want to donate then fair enough, that's their choice however ludicrous it is.
 
Who is she and why is there a go fund me for her daughter? I'm really starting to struggle with the logic behind some of these deaths coming around
 
Plenty of half naked pictures of her in an easy Google search, might smash one out over her later this evening.... It's what she would have wanted and in a way I'll be giving a donation of sorts so the family should be happy :P
