I’m not a person to tune into radio shows deliberately, but his Radio 2 show (whenever I stumbled onto it) was unusually witty and funny - I really enjoyed it.

Very sad news this morning - always seemed a genuine guy on the Love of Dogs program.

I believe he'd only just signed a contract at a new radio station recently after the BBC made a hash of his Radio 2 show.
