RIP Spotify

The GUI for Deezer is horrendous though. The infrastructure of the software needs serious work before I go back there.

I took the 6 month free offer and still uninstalled it after less than 1..

the web version is much better. what i do is use the web version to search for all the music i want then put them as favourite or in a playlists, and when i use the app on my phone i just go to my favourites or the playlisys.

Vodafone is a very expensive way to pay for spotify, for the simple reason you can't family/friends share

I made the mistake of going with vodafone before they launched the service (thanks apple). Not so worried, I'm going to cancel when my 12 months is up, although I do get good coverage.

I get spotify with my Vodafone, make a playlist, the gf uses in offline mode. Simples!

I've been bouncing around between Google Music, Spotify and Apple Music for the last few months and I think Google is the best. The ability to upload my own tracks to pad out a playlist is awesome.
You're not going to do any better than a tenner a month for anything worth having.

This, Plus the addition of Youtube red coming soon, Which will allow background audio & no ads. All the music in the world! (well kinda) :)

Spotify web player on PC doesn't have a skip limit or shuffle only, and Adblock blocks all of the ads.

You just have to make a free account. Or sign in with Facebook.

You can even make and save playlists etc...

Actually, had a read through the forum at hotdeals. Seems the 6 month offer might have gone up. You keep purchasing the 1 month deal to get it at 4.99.

I have Spotify for a year now. I believe you can include your own music in a Spotify playlist but is way more long winded than google music. I've not tried it so don't know if it works. I've been managing without Taylor Swift in my playlist to date :D
