Hi Everyone

It comes with sadness that I have to report this but I know some people here used to know Doug aka Totality on these boards. Sadly for reasons currently unknown he decided to take his own life.

Doug was a really nice guy who helped me in the early years of my career progress and get promoted. He was one of my best friends and even though he moved away to New Zealand we always kept in contact. We had planned to do many things holidays etc but unfortunately these wont happen now.

It just goes to show that even though someone may seem happy on the outside and doing the things they really enjoy in life they can still be upset or have hidden demons.

He used to share everything with me before he moved away so this came as a complete shock to the system as we only spoke about a week before and everything seemed ok.

Sorry to be the barer of sad news but RIP Doug I miss ya buddy.

We both used to love Scrubs back in the day and this quote always used to make us laugh. Not that I believe in life after death but Ill meet you by milkshake pool on the lesbian cloud!!

didn't come across him here, but thoughts with his family at this difficult time,

sorry for your loss, RIP

people might remember him from his Green Ninja motorbike signature more then the name I guess. He was very much into his motorbikes and loved technology.

I remember seeing him post pretty frequently and also reading about his move to NZ.

Very sad.

Maybe the mods could make a don't bottle it up thread or something in memory of Doug. Just for people to vent or get stuff out in the open. But then again that could be a minefield for GD I guess. Doug would be laughing at me for suggesting such a crazy idea.

But as others have said get help and speak out don't let it get to a crazy stage like this. The impact I have seen on his friends and family myself included has been horrible. Some people mostly likely don't think of the impact they will cause once they have gone sadly
