Incredible! You did a 6 hour 93.7 mile ride with 6600ft of climbing! Amazing for your last day - you've obviously not tired much as the week has gone on?! Trek guy might have just been one of the support guys, or you never know - a ringer! ;)

Transferred you the pennies for the USB ANT+ stick, a few quid more to cover the postage/a beer/pizza too on me! :)

Edit: this made me lol (facebook link as couldn't find on youtube)

Aye, I was surprised, thinking today whilst riding how much progress I've made since I went to Cyprus last year, where some days I just had no motivation/energy to cycle, although the terrain is tougher out there, but even so was able to push on up Puig/Sa Calobra at a fairly good rhythm, just below threshold, all good training for the forthcoming season.

Definitely was a trek guy, saw them earlier in the day with the team car, and think these were doing extra efforts, as one came down as I was going up, and the bike/kit was pure Trek! no fan is that dedicated :P

I've not commented on it yet but all of your updates SoliD have been pretty amazing. It must have been a really awesome experience. Very impressive riding too :)

Thanks, I've really enjoyed it, just a shame I couldn't build my cycling tan up much as its been too cold, would like to come back with some friends, as days like today are a bit lonely when you're 5 hours in, and having to push the wind all the way, got behind some quick guys but they turned off after like 2 miles, was devastated, it is so easy in the slipstream!

Think I've realised there is one picture I haven't posted yet this week. Get ready.

:D

To be honest though, I've always thought the Dogmas look a little ugly, particularly the weird shaped seatstays, chainstays and fork.

Most of the pro peloton all look the same, only one really different in my eyes is the Ridley that Lotto use, but that just looks old fashioned nowadays.

The TT bikes are lovely, they were prepping up Roches the day we were there, said it took them a couple of days to get it all right for him!

Woah! Insane! Sure they wouldn't miss a few...? ;)

Always loved the look of the Pinarello more than the others, and the Sky Blue/Black really compliment it! Much wants! :D

The new ones without the wavey forks are much nicer than the old ones.

Best bike in the peloton, ridden by MTN Qhubeka and Budget Forklifts ;)

Now there is no Look in the pro peloton either :(

Maybe the new Spesh Tarmac, or the Lapierre of FDJ if I was picking at gunpoint from a WT team!

I presume they hire some private security to look after their bikes whilst at the Majorca camp?

45 miles this morning on one of the easier club rides but boy it told that I haven't cycled much recently! Was blowing towards the end. Enjoyable ride, a bit windy on the way back and pretty cold throughout but thoroughly enjoyable.

Tbh it was all quite open the hotel was all theirs but you could walk in and out of it with nobody bothering you. Bikes are all held in the truck overnight although this seems very secure and they appear to have good relations with local police and politicians, and apparently sone not so law abiding citizens.

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/schwalbe-one-folding-road-tyre/ - good reviews and apparently very grippy..

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/vredestein-fortezza-senso-xtreme-weather-clincher-road-tyre/ - good reviews too.. wonder if my bike will fit 28c's tho! normally stick to 25c..

or pro4's ?

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/michelin-pro4-endurance-folding-road-tyre/

cheapest but should do no?

I commute only these days in this weather so I need go all around grip and puncture protection, max 28c(not even sure if my frame will fit it tho)

current set is vittoria rubino pro which did the job, but rear is getting very skittish now!
