Just reading through the last few pages of the thread, anyone who was thinking about picking up a Fenix LD20 for use as a bike light there is an ebay seller doing the for £33 including the velcro handlebar mount. They're usually around the £50 mark so its a decent saving :)

I got one to go with my L2D as I find I like having one angled down and one pointed further up the road on the unlit roads.

No , he means the trade show at the Murryshall Hotel, Perth

Think that was two years ago that one? Last thing I went to with ML was the thing at the race course.Highlight of that day was seeing a bike shop owners M5 :o

Was it someone on here who can source Shimano ultegra flightdeck caps?

What model ultegra is it? 6600?

Seems like this is the week where EVERY person drags the bike out from the shed. Carbon road bike > BSO > Carbon road bike > Lapierre spicy > BSO...such a random day.

A guy who ordered a FFWD Disc rear wheel decided life is too short decides he now want a fron tri spoke, that bike is going to look mint!

Maybe time to reevaluate whether your body can cash the cheques your mouth is making here!

Seriously though I hope you reported it to the police.

Ever thought about buying a helmet camera ;)

Think I'm just going to not leave the house. Could make a good documentary with a helmet cam to be honest. Me and my mate where just getting some food and junkies decide they want to bury us apparently. Can't have that....I mean the guy had pish down his leg!

The model number of the STI should be under the rubber hood on the side of the lever. Think I posted a pic on a previous page for Robbie.

Today's purchases:

Almost included some short-fingered mitts, bib shorts and a new helmet, and it's still cold outside. This is an addictive game

Tell me about it :D

On a side note,
Anyone know the difference between the Continental "race" and "road" inner tubes.

What DIABLO said and being as I commute on this bike, strength of the rubber is more important than low rolling resistance and weight etc. Also my commute is going from 4 miles each way to 15, so I probably won't be able to just walk the rest of the journey if I get a puncture :o.

Good call on the Krylions, great tyres.

Also, co2 carts are much cheaper from tyreinflators.co.uk when you need some more.

Good to hear about the Krylions. They only had the light grey banded versions, so it'll look like I matched them to my road bike which is grey / silver :/. What a tart!

Thanks, I'll look on that website when I need more CO2 canisters. Yesterday I had a slight obsession with 'must all be in one basket' for some reason, even though the pump itself comes with one can.

This are the Ultegra flightdeck shifters. Any idea which they are or how to check? I've had a quick look under the rubber hood but can't see them.
