Woo! It's like a prop from Tron :D

I need to get me some of these! Getting up at 5:50am to bike to work seems like a brilliant idea at 7pm in the warm on the sofa after dinner. Oh well, I guess I'll just mtfu and do it.

For those that have the spoke reflectors, will they fit around aero spokes like the Mavic Ksyrium?

I'd say probably not. It says on the box that they're for standard spokes.

Edit: Actually though it's worth a try. For the sake of a fiver they might go on enough to stay secure.

Damn :( I like the funky pattern in the vid and wanted some of that!!

They don't fit on my cosmic carbone bladed spokes properly, they would just fall off if you hit a bump.

It may be possible to twist them to stay secure, but I don't want to force it and end up pulling out a spoke!

anyone got views on mudguards,
I've been looking at crud road racer mk II but as the secture has fittings for a REAL set of mudguards it seems mad to use ones made for a bike WITHOUT the fittings!
so does anyone use REAL mudguards anymore?

I've just been to Aldi in Manchester and got some gloves and spoke reflectors. There's not a lot left besides ladieswear and crazy size stuff.

I need some overshoes, and then I should be pretty set for winter. Might need some warmer jerseys at some point, but that's about it.

If I had fittings for proper ones I'd definitely use them. The cruds are great but I wouldn't use them if I had lugs for real ones

My local one's Tyldesley and they've got loads left.

Also, I picked up these overshoes last week and I can't complain. My socks do end up damp but I'm not sure if that's from sweating or what. They stop puddle splashes instantly soaking my shoes anyway.

I'm running 13G spokes and they wouldn't go on. I cut them in half with a hacksaw and I just about managed to get them on with a little elbow grease. As for blade type spokes, I doubt they would fit but even so it may be worth picking up a pack and seeing if you can adapt them somehow, even hot glue may work and it's non permanent if it doesn't. :)

Cool thanks. Any idea how he's mounted the reflectors in the vid? I like the effect it gives.

I also found some black reflective tape after googling about the spoke reflectors, might be a better idea when it comes to putting some on the wheels.
