Uh... how low are we talking... like halfway down low?
Because, um, that's cool, too...
Your man region is OK but should be maintained to a high standard for the ladies.
Below that. No hair.

Doh! Let me know when you do!I haven't actually tried it yet![]()
Great setup and well regarded model. Several guys here have them, but as others have mentioned you get more for your money on other brands/shops. Understandable to keep with Evans' (for peace of mind) if you want to avoid all the servicing yourself. You'll get better service from a real local bike shop - but equally they might not be able to get near the Cannondale for spec : price. That's the one, what's everyone's thought on the bike? Does it look good for the money?
Goodluck! Enjoy and don't lose the wheel infront!Going for my first group ride on Sunday. Should be fun!
Guys, I've got some pain in the top of my right calf.
My mileage has been higher the last few weeks and I had quite a big/hard ride on saturday. Feels very much like lactate buildup, but I shouldn't get that during a rest day should I? Can DOMS creep up on you after a rest day? It hurt like hell yesterday evening while sat stationary watching TV, I thought it was cramp so stretched around and free'd it up before bed. Feels better after a nights sleep but still not right. Commuted very gently today and going to skip any extra miles later, will probably take another rest day tomorrow (before holiday) as don't want to risk having a dodgy leg for flying/travelling!
Feels very much where the Plantaris is on the diagram, if I tense the top of my calf (Gastrocnemius/Soleus) they are sore to a firm touch but the pain is from below them. Probably a mixture of strain and inflammation. My saddle is currently broken so quite likely a slight shift in position, hoping to pick up a replacement next week when away and going to book a bike fit when I'm back.Popliteus muscle possibly? How high up in the calf are we talking?
Could be a number of things, strain, inflammation etc I'd check your cleats and/or saddle haven't shifted and additionally stretch glutes, hammies and quads too. I'd avoid directly 'attacking' the area if it's still particularly sore.
Well my other lampre bottle is all scratched from putting it in a metal bottle cage. And the lid blew off my other lifeline bottle because i made the mistake of putting coke in it after i bonked on a ride.
Anyone want to take the plunge and test a DHB Gabba for us?

I think I had it previously after a big/strenuous ride last September, but in both legs with other suffering it didn't really stand out!
Your first course of action should have been to replace all of your bottles with matching ones, closely followed by replacing the metal cage (what kind of sicko has a metal cage?!) with a carbon fibre one.
Dolan etape with either 11 speed 105 or rival can be had for £850.
I figured it was more important to get new brake pads than replace my perfectly functional bottles. Shoot me![]()
Erm, seem to have a corrupt file, uploaded into Garmin ok, but Strava having a spas out, anyone offer some assistance as the ride is 25257 hours in length.....
