You have really motivated me to do something....Dropped from 14stn to 13stn these last couple of weeks (ah the joys oh 15 years on off in the gym). Due an MRI scan in 2 weeks to find out what is up with my neck and causing numbness in my left hand + loss of strength in left arm so after that I can at least crack on with some training. At the mo all I can do is really light weights and some assisted dips and chins + pushups.

I'm waiting for the CD to come through with all the photos on that I paid for. As soon as it arrives, I'll post some up
I'm touched I've been able to motivate you and I can only encourage you to keep at it. Really light weights are where everyone starts, but you'll soon find yourself flying through the poundages. And doing anything, no matter how light it is is still better than most ever do, so well done
