Rocket Lake Review: A waste of sand...

Take it no one knows why Intel have a lot higher 0.1% lows in BFV then?

Looked around and saw the game uses AVX or something which AMD doesn't have, maybe that explains it then but still not sure

One thing in Intels favour is the integrated graphics. With any GPU being hard to get and AMD not having an APU in the 5000 series, door is open for Intel.

So many people not building because no GPU, buy one of these Intel chips and get a half decent integrated option to carry you over and have a working computer.

I would like to see 11400F vs the 3600 at the £150 mark. That's the only place I can see there being a reason to buy.

Would like a proper review of the Xe graphics as well. Going by the Hexus review though, it's nothing the write home about.

Its easy to predict the outcome of that one. The Core i5 10400F with 3200MHZ RAM was as fast or faster than a Ryzen 5 3600. The Core i5 11400F will be quicker than the Core i5 10400F and the B560 motherboards will enable faster RAM to work with the CPU.

Brill, sounds good. I remember the 10400 being a bit lacklustre in reviews, and that was down to the ram being limited to 2666 on the boards you'd expect to run it on.

I have a 7600k in a second machine paired with a Z270m board. I could probably swap to the 11400 and the cheapest B560 for not much outlay.
Then again, I have a B550 board going unused that I needed to buy to get the 5600X. So it might be less hassle just to chuck a 3600 into that.
Well, or just leave it. It's only running an 480 8gb.
