*** Rocket League *** Car Football

They really need a report and some sort of real penalty to leaving ranked games because so many people do it, and just ruins the game.
 
Well you already get the 15 mins penalty (can't join another ranked game)... previously you could bypass it by joining a friend in a party and having them join the game but they've patched that out...

A report system would be good but I think it would get abused, and I doubt Psyonix would want the overhead of having to monitor or police such a system
 
Been recording some of the better goals I've gotten on RL and compiled them all :)

As for the 'toxic' community. I don't get it.

Few matches I had last night:

1v1 : Scored two goals in the first minute, other guy disconnects.

3v3 : Started well but other team scored a few goals and the score was now 4-1, two teams mates wanted to forfeit but I didn't. They disconnected and I played on. The other team asked why didn't I quit. Just told then I dont regards of what the scores and played the last 2 minutes of the game and had some fun in a 1v3

1v1 : I was playing rubbish and getting my ass kick, anyone else would have probably disconnected as I was like 5-1 down, I did give up on actually trying so just messed around til the game was over and chatted to the other guy a little.

I've been playing some 1v1 Ranked, and I don't think I've 'Won' a game. Every time I get a few goals ahead the other guy forfeits.

I did have one epic game where I was 4:0 down with less than 2 minutes to go, and I managed to pull it to 4:4, scoring with 2 seconds to go. Then I went on and lost in overtime lol.
 
Considering how fun the game is, it really annoys me that some people can take it so seriously and behave like such idiots. I always ignore them, and only chat to the friendly players.
 
I'm crap at this game but it's fun. Don't get the matching system. I only played it 6 times or so and am still a rookie but I'm always in games with pros or semi pros. Feel sorry for them having to play with me. :)
 
I played the mutator last night and found it a great leveler, the guys I play with are much better than me normally which leads to a constant stream of ribbing. Now everyones useless which pleases me no end :D

I only see toxicity in standard play, oddly enough where it REALLY doesn't matter. In ranked it seems pretty civil, one game in every 10 you'll find some tool which is pretty good.

Moonball is epic fun :D Pinball, Cube, Timewarp all blow though :/
