Tickets booked for 8.30pm this coming Thursday - initial reports coming from the US screening over the weekend are massively positive, so I'm pretty pumped ... hell, there might not be a Skywalker in sight (apart from Anakin's alter ego anyhow), but it's still Star Wars, for chrissakes!

That's a positive in my book.

Friends booked tickets for the IMAX in Leicester Square but we both couldn't do until the 28th

Going to be a long wait for me unfortunately.

I've just read there's an embargo until 5pm today.

I'm not going to see it in the cinema. I'll wait for the bluray. The lead character leaves me a bit cold.

We've got relatives over from the States who we spent last Christmas with, watched the new film over there last year so will probably do the same this year over here..

9/10 from IGN, summary is good story, characters, performances, CGI, action sequences with good humour.

Be more interested in seeing if Bobba Fett makes an appearance in this or the sequel to force awakens, the sarlacc pit thing was always debated about an escape from it.
