Its not the seller BDB rating +200

so it makes no difference.

A for the seller my offer came as a bit of a shock to him and his reply was a bit rash. Hes come down a lot on the price, and states the keying damage isnt as bad as it in the photo he gave me (it was taken at night with a flash) ive asked him to give me a new photo this time taken during the day. If its not as bad as it originaly looked then then i might accept the new price.
