The one thing for sure is the fact we will defo see at least 2 articles in newspapers bashing rafa and defending Roy . I genuinely feel sorry for Roy. Bash me all you like Liverpool fans but your players are an absolute disgrace. Tactics or no tactics, they are truly a terrible bunch at the minute.

Roy obviously isn't working his magic and that's fine but I think anyone who puts ALL the blame on the manager is frankly mad at this stage.

Funniest thing I've read today was a rumour Maureen wants Glen Johnson at Madrid. Lawl-tastic!

So, anyone else sad enough to listen to Radio 2?
Was just driving home and they announced, even uttering the worlds "World exclusive! breaking news!" that Roy has been sacked, and has asked for it to not be announced untill mid day tomorrow so he can inform his friends and family.

.. normally i would call bull but, Radio 2? strange.

no, we had them but it stifled discussion as people stuck to their own clubs threads and we had really jumbled threads too, feel free to start new topics on individual matters

It appears as if Hodgson will be around for the Utd game. According to a few journo's, the club have confirmed that Hodgson will be doing his usual pre-game press-conference tomorrow.

Hopefully this is simply down to the fact that Dalglish is the only obvious candidate to take over on a caretaker role and he's out of the country until next week.

edit: The club did initially refuse to confirm the press-conference tomorrow, not sure whether that means anything or not.

Do you guys think you have a chance at OT at the weekend?

Personally I'm really looking forward to the game as I think it has the makings of a classic (I keep seeing Owen scoring a late winner) but wouldn't surprise me if of all games Liverpool turned in a performance and suddenly all the pressure is off Hodgson.....
