How unusual, usually you are well up for taking car pics

When your hobby becomes your job, suddenly many people are less interested in it as a hobby any more.

It's like when IT workers (like me) visit parents and they ask you to clean all the spyware off their computer.

It takes about 2 seconds to take a picture of a car - it would be like your parents asking you to press the letter 'Z' on their keyboard when you visit. Bad analogy.

But anyway apparently he's crashed it into an HGV already on the motorway which is why they are asking for pictures. He could serve up a good piece of humble pie just by posting one pic. :)

But he won't be taking a 'snap' he will be thinking of location and composition, and once taken editing them. All this takes time.

I quite simply haven't said anything on the forum because of the endless questions and hassle I get everytime I get so much as a stone chip :) - Wanted to keep it quiet on here. I'm not embarrased by what happened, I was tired and wasn't paying 100% attention, **** happens tbh :) - Car is repairable easily and I have a donor coupe to sort it out, mismatched colour body panels f.t.w :p

If your REALLY bothered I'll post a pic when its done on Tuesday.

Will you ever drive a car that isnt a badly repaired post accident bodgeup?

A 'donor coupe', awesome :/

Would it not be better to throw it away and buy something else, or perhaps a 16-25 railcard for everyones safety?

And here we go.

Will I ever care if my cars aren't in 100% pristine condition when all that matters is they go from A to B?

No.

Yes, a donor coupe, it's been sitting over the yard for 2 years minus an engine, so I can have what I need off of that.

Railcards are awesome if everywhere you need to go is within walking distance of a train station.

Nice backtrack, if thats all you care about why would you have bought the ZS in the first place, fitted a new exhuast, etc. Problem is you end up repairing them badly and they are then dangerous - how long did you drive around in a twisted ZS for? Now it looks like its all going to happen again with the latest, seriously dude, stop doing it :/

Or if you crash every car you own multiple times and never learn from mistakes :p

I hadn't said a word, infact is you mentioning I had stacked it which and started this :p

I meant more with the "I've not taken any pictures because it's my job" lie you came out with when it was obvious by then that other people knew what had happened. Seriously, tell the truth more often in those situations and you won't look so silly, you seem to do it time and time again!

*yawn*

The ZS wasn't a cheap runabout, it was a fun car I owned for 18months, and would still be driving around in it now if someone hadn't have ploughed into me.
The car isn't bent, it is purely cosmetic damage, I drove it home from the accident after my breakdown cover refused to pick me up. So before you start going on about it being a bent and whatever else, there's nothing wrong with the chassis, all cosmetic.

I'm not going to bother arguing the point about the ZS because we'll go on all night and just end up repeating ourselves, and frankly it's boring.

I had a lot to do the next day and had to get home, otherwise I would've stayed with Andy or Tom and this wouldn't have happened. It was an accident and nobody was injured which is the main point.
