. Sooo options are pay or wait. My upgrade would be ~£800 GPU+monitor @ 1440p or £1200+ for 4k. We can choose to wait it out, see what AMD offer. If it doesn't glow white hot I might think about it. Also could wait until the next Black Friday deals.. or the Black Friday after that.. maybe get that OAP discount in 2045. So many choices.
Sad, but true. I remember when x60 cards were £150~ on launch. Nvidia has effectively doubled the price of their whole range in 2 generations.

The idea of 400 for that level should be laughable, but most likely will be where it's spat out into the market.
