Ruby Wedding.

I don't envy you at all with the pressure of buying for your in-laws! Maybe buy some nice jewellery? A matching pair of something for them to keep forever?! Just a thought… How about one of these classic watches for father-in-law, and a ring or necklace for mother-in-law?

Thanks for your help, no jewellery to expensive. My In-Laws are fantastic to buy for I do know im making them a anniversary cake!
Its going to have handmade sugar daffodils on a white icing and it shall be a rich fruit cake also I think the ribbon will be a ruby colour as its their ruby wedding anniversary!

Get them a rugby ball and apologise profusely for reading it wrong, then give them something better (Or! If they look like they really like the rugby ball - Keep the something better for yourselves ;))

How much are you guys looking to spend Mrs Seabiscuit?

We bought a short break away for my in-laws two years ago for their 40th anniversary along with a lovely cake and theatre tickets.

Thats a wonderful present but we couldn't afford anything like that sadkt. :( Im thinking maybe the cake as a ruby wedding present as the cost of ingredients and time is quite a lot anyway and its more personal. :)
