Literally luck of the draw. As the objective of the competition is to find the best team they will still win. Can't say I'm too bothered who gets second or below.

No doubt England have had a very kind draw in this competition - and still havent managed to cover themselves in glory.

Last nights game was painful to watch - clueless and look a far worse team with Farrell in and floundering about.

Next weekend will be good. Perfect as well as there isn't any PL.

Ireland v AB is annoying so early but that's what the AB get for finishing runner up. Ireland have had the better of them in recent years. So hopefully they can continue, then deserve to win it.

If yesterday is a genuine indication of the level of English rugby union then may $DEITY help us because we need it...

The winner of England's QF match goes on to face the winner of France vs South Africa. So there's little risk of them reaching the final.

Wales potentially get the winner of Ireland vs New Zealand, so same story.

They've done really well for newcomers, not been disgraced by anyone and given Georgia and Fiji 2 teams around their tier a hell of a game.
