Rugby union?

I don't really watch a great deal of club rugby these days I just lack the time but I'd heard a bit about Barbeary and seen a few best of clips and he looks like the kind of dynamic ball carrying back row England needs, what are peoples thoughts about him not making the England squad?

I think you're right. Compared to the squads from over the past few years I'm lucky if I recognise more than a handful of players.
 
Comes around quick the 6N, the two big flops from the WC will be looking to make their mark. Should be a close game though. Hard to call, France probably edge it due to being at home for me.
 
France not getting much love off the ref here. Pinged for a few knock ons that certainly appeared to go backwards.

A few entirely lousy calls, but the two yellows that ended Willemse's game were at least correct. It was always going to be tough for France after that.

I thought Maxime Lucu looked alrighgt at 9, but he's no Dupont. And Jalibert just didn't seem on it today, bar one break in an open field, the only involvement I remember him having in the game was a few poor kicks to the corner. How can you kick to the corner from the 22 and end up 10m out, not right at the 5m line? Poor at this level!

Ireland looked quality, dynamic and exciting to watch play. Some great performances from Crawley, McCarthy and Beirne. Think they'll take some beating!
 
Italy played well there. Pleased England got the win, and whilst they weren't brilliant, they showed some positive signs, trying to play some better rugby. They still look lazy when tracking back against an opposition line break. Ioane's break at the end we had maybe 2 players make any real effort to chase back, and this didn't seem to be a one off occurrence.
