People need to read the book "Men Who Hate Women" by Laura Bates to understand what hurf is accusing us all of being. Bar a small tiny minority of comments, he's massively misrepresenting the points being made and dismissing us all as women haters.

I do understand it. The Police don’t tend to investigate rapes where the victims don’t want them to do so, and many rape victims don’t because the police will only retraumatise or even abuse victims. Maybe you need to learn the basics in how the Police work before commenting.

From my recollection and what I read earlier today actually, he basically went with, might have happened and sorry if it did (in at least one case) but that he actions were basically flirting and not sexual.
He was rightly found not guilty as the high bar for guilt was not proved.
Again he was found not guilty. He wasn't found innocent. Innocence is rarely proved, but can in some cases be proved.
Typically cases of full innocence are often thrown out early in criminal cases. Less so in civil.
Time will always assist in this regard.
Its why its important to have evidence gained at the time by reputable people (ie professionals). Things that would help support a claim, like say bruising will of course vanish over time.
The Hearne / Depp cases show however that even thats not clear cut.
But are they infallible? Stop with the pathetic whataboutism.
Justice isn't, or ever has been perfect but it's all we got for society to function as it needs to. Your definition of whataboutisms appear to be off.

Clearly you don't as you stated 'There’s been a 4 year investigation, by qualified journalists, with text messages, medical reports, witnesses'. So there is what is needed for the police.
But you already stated there is 4 yrs of evidence, explain to us why that evidence that has already been collected, was not handed over.
