Would be nice to have c4 not craftable, only found in air drops. Keeps it rare, but more rewarding when you manage to get some.

Server I play on has gone down this route. Enchancing the base building elements whilst reducing tit for tat killings. Pretty cool and some nice friendly people on.

Air drops are 1 a day and only trigger when ten people are online......gets a bit hairy then with plenty of PVP

That would be pretty ridiculous with the games current state.

Imagine it, finally get some C4 from a drop, find somewhere you want to get in, only to blow into one of any ten decoy rooms.

We have it so you can only find the blueprint to craft c4 and not the c4 itself. This means its very resource intensive to produce, so hopefully people wont use it excessively.

Not the last time I checked. I got 4x C4 from 2 airdrops on Neil's server.

I like the low tech approach I must say, goes way better with the games setting.

The low-tech approach is going to be the only approach, eventually.

They want to remove all the automatic weapons, they just stuck them in to get something out.

It runs like crap on mine as well. It's much smoother if I put the render quality slider on about half way. Given the early stages of the game it's probably just poorly optimized.

I'm on a geforce 470 with the highest settings and it seems okay to me! I don't know what my fps is, but it doesn't seem choppy and I don't notice any low fps. I'm showing grass as well.

Do PvE servers exist on this game? Ideally I'd like to find one where people can't kill you for no reason... I know that's pretty much the aim of the game, but I want to explore, craft and build more than kill other people.

Got that all the way down, game to run on fastest, windowed and a poor res.

Still about 10-15fps....

It may be easier searching the forums for PVE servers rather than the server browser, they certainly exist. But you can still be raided of course.
