Ryzen "2" ?

Nope his prices are pretty spot on. ;)

Just done a big Ryzen price drop today making OcUK the cheapest with 1800X at £269, 1700X at £239, 1600X at £155 and 1600 at £139 so the older gen 1 Ryzen fall in line nicely with the gen 2 Ryzen as both will run along side each other for some months. :)

Gibbo are you saying roughly around £199 for the Ryzen 2600x which is the one I'm waiting on?

Also, any idea on the x470 Taichi (not ultimate)? Would I be expecting to pay the launch price they had on the x370 which was around £230?

Trying to budget for a new build from the 1300x I currently run, cheers

When are pre-orders opening?

I'd assume NDA for that :D

Review+pre-orders will likely go up a wee while before. AMD aren't generally the best at marketing but... they probably have that much squared up, get a bit of last minute frenzy going for the launch.

Similar question. So... prices for the chips are up and have been ballparked (ty Gibbo). Also interested in the rough area for that taichi non ultimate :) assume it'll equally be NDA but...

Assuming I was thinking of a number with a zero after it, completely unrelated, just a random number guessing game more like 20 or more like 25? :D ;)

That's awesome.... https://www.overclockers.co.uk/pc-components/processors/amd/amd-socket-am4

GA-AB350-Gaming 3 AMD B350 £87
Vulcan T-Force 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit £156
AMD Ryzen 5 Six Core 1600 £140

£383 for all that ^^^ and that's a good system.
