I presume there going to be Bundle upgrades available. Any idea how long before we see those?
I really should just buy the bits, but I found I'm getting (even more) lazy in my later years. ;)

Get some of that 8Pack stuff :)

Well X570 is much better and easier to hit ram clocks on with a wider range of IC so even cheaper stuff at £60-80 should run 3200 at say 16-18-18-36 like the cheaper team and corsair ram.
8 Pack stuff is best as its screened Samsung B die and we recommend the 3200 and 3600 dual kits which will let you run say 3200 a low as cas12 if lucky and 3600 around cas14

For me personally if I was planning a high end rig with no holding back I'd grab:
3900X
Asrock Taichi X570
32GB 3600mhz 8 PACK RAM 4*8 so a pair of 16Gb kits
Corsair Gen4 SSD
5700 XT or 2080Ti

Would be foundations of my build.

That sounds really solid imo.

Yes but the likelihood of being able to actually order that today are probably zilch :p

Sounds good to me, I don't need all of the cores so I'll probably go
3700X
Asrock Taichi X570
16GB 3600mhz 8 PACK RAM 2*8
Corsair Gen4 SSD
My existing 1070 which may be sold and swapped out for a 5700xt depending on price

Can't see any reviews of this Gen 4 Corsair SSD, but I'm assuming its because of no PCI-E 4 till 4PM.
