i confirm all details are correct, thankyou for getting back to me.
i have a question though will it be possible to send me a new one with the bios updated for my (R5 2600), in the process of me returning the faulty one so the turn around time is quicker because i am in desperate need of a PC for work use, and am loosing money as i cannot work ,

You really need to test with another monitor and cable, or a TV. Before all the faff of sending it back.

Red light on VGA is normally fault on Display . Either the card or the board reading the card

Hopefully ocuk can help . Know you can send CPU/board and ram to gigabyte but they won't accept different brand GPU . Ocuk me gut be able to test whole bundle .

Just to test . Remove all ram and boot . Should show ram light as well etc

Ok thanks. Not same problem then as my gpu an amd r9 280 works in my old motherboard. Ocuk are gonna swap my board
