RYZEN 5000 SERIES NOW ONLINE - 5950X, 5900X, 5800X & 5600X COMING NOV 5TH AT 5PM **NO COMPETITORS**

Did anyone who didnt get a 5800x on launch get one this week?

100 were supposed to turn up wed/thurs, the other models got delayed with no mention of 5800x, wondering if the 100 did turn up?

5600X and 5900X in stock sold as bundles still.
£630 for 5600X, motherboard and RAM seems quite good. Delivery 19/11 - 23/11. Just sell the stuff you don’t want and keep the CPU

Hopefully find out when the queue gets updated today but haven't heard anything about 5800x yet

I'm sorely tempted - I just need to be mature about it, been waiting a year to build my PC and now I've got my 38" 175hz screen, 3080 and 4000mhz C15 RAM it feels like I can taste it. 400 in the queue at competitors(which is better than most I suppose) and I'm playing with a 3080 on a stock 2700k on 8gb DDR2 at 3840 x 1600! Feels like I'm driving a Ferrari in the mud.
Where did you get that cl15 4000mhz ram from sir, I need that in my life

I was 74 in the queue, so I am guessing they didn't otherwise I would have thought I'd have a shipping confirmation.....

Oh well, managed to get a Tesco Christmas home delivery slot, guess food is more important.

Not great news on the competitor front 'AMD Ryzen 5000 Series status'
5800X - 40 arrived today
"Unfortunately, we have been informed that the other shipments due have not made it into the distributors due to logistics issues."

What time do we get the email about our queue position roughly?

I received my update last week around 1pm, but I personally wouldn't take that as an expectation going forward, from the email:

Please keep checking your emails, we will send an update after each shipment with your new position.

So if there's nothing changed i.e. no stock, I wouldn't expect an email.

Looks like the first big batch of stock will only land after the 20th.

Actually, the queue update after stock replenishment is in addition to the Friday email:

The fact we've had no email since last Friday doesn't bode well then! Seems likely we'll see the same queue position - although could be slightly lower for some, for example those waiting on a 5900x like myself might see their queue position minus 85 because of the units they paid an additional £10 for from non-official distributors.

I've just cancelled my competitor 5950X bundle. Been e-mailing & telephoning them for two days with no reply. Now phone line says no longer in service.
Cancelled by e-mail & will also cancel the payment with my card provider.

Ordered a 3950X instead to use in my new build for the short term until the entire 5000 series mess is sorted out.
