RYZEN 5000 SERIES NOW ONLINE - 5950X, 5900X, 5800X & 5600X COMING NOV 5TH AT 5PM **NO COMPETITORS**

With the document examination system commonly found on printers website saying 5800x stock due this week, does this give hope on OC receiving theirs very soon? Hoping to get mine before Christmas, last I heard they're due "end of December", but sooner the better! Its the last piece of the puzzle for me.

Not sure but they’re expecting 420 units of 5800x this week. They only have 202 pre orders according to their very transparent table on their website.
Which means they should even be able to offer out free stock.
Still nothing from OC, I’m sub 10 in the queue for the 5800x and if they come available on the other website I’m going to try snag one off there and cancel my preorder.

Yeah, what worries me is the silence regarding the 5800x from OC and the fact they had to source grey market stock (due 14th I believe - 15units).
This leads me to believe they might not be getting any big regular deliveries of 5800x’s like the “gold standard” is this week.

I am like 30 something, 32 I think for a 5800x, I've been under 100 since the 5th, ordered 2:45pm on the 5th November as fast as I could given the website kept crashing.

Getting a bit frustraited now knowing that had I ordered any of the other 3, I would have had the chip by now, and also now talks of competitors getting stock in this week with not a mouse squeek from OCUK....

Not necessarily - I was 256 in queue for 5900x on 28/11, order made on launch with start queue position 526, and now I'm at 152 this week.
1 other member was at position 7 and is now at position 4. And one person supposedly had their shipment email notification despite being in position 500-600ish, though no proof given they were adamant about it.
I was under 300 all last week but my position has only dropped about 100 so there is some weird stuff going on with the shipment or the queue numbers mean nothing, as Gibbo said there would be 300 5900x chips coming last week/this week.
The silence from Ocuk isn't helping either.

Found the 5800X in stock elsewhere (and still showing as 10+ in stock), so ordered one for delivery tomorrow... but not holding much hope on that... will see if i get a shipping notification, the order is now listed as invoiced

if it pans out, i shall cancel my 5900X from here

Yep, queue number 125 on the 5800x so fingers crossed the news at <redacted>.co.uk transfers over to OCUK too!
We shouldn't need to be looking at competitors websites and speculating when we might get the products that we've already paid for. I'm queuing for both a 3070 and 5800X, have been for weeks now and am disappointed with the lack of updates and confidence I've been getting. Transparency would be nice, even if it's transparency with bad news.

Exactly, competitor has proven it’s easy to keep customers updated and had we been given some type of similar daily update then we’d probably all be patient. It’s the not knowing that’s the problem, good or bad.
