Same. If it was from '###' then I got the email from them saying back in stock and went straight into basket. Gives you 15 mins to complete the order too which is a great touch.

So did i, i wonder if it was from the same place. Out of stock now though. When did you get a delivery date? Ive had no update as yet.
 
I got one (5800x). More expensive than my OCUK pre order though. Going to wait until Monday when I'm back from work and see if OCUK dispatch before then. If not probably cancel my OCUK order.
 
Not too sure if your allowed to talk numbers on here but it was half a ton under a monkey lol

Quite excited now i just hope (and pray) it gets here before the weekend ...
 
I think I managed to also get one from a competitor for the same price OcUK are selling the 5800x for, it said delivery by tomorrow then in my confirmation email it said 17th of Dec, I don't fancy driving to Bradders from Cornwall so I guess I'll have to wait :D
 
I pre-ordered a 5950X with a competitor on a total whim/just to get in a queue, simply because OcUK weren't take pre-orders (sorry guys). That was 5 days ago... and it's just been dispatched.
 
There are lots of 5800x's available now online. I found some quite easily with a small amount of googling.

EDIT: admittedly none match the price on my OCUK pre-order, one £60 more expensive, another website £80 more, both delivered by Friday if I ordered now.

Given Gibbo's post I might as well wait now. But its good news certainly.

I dunno why AMD didnt just hold off the launch for 6 weeks.

I also snagged a 5800x at a competitor this afternoon, not a massive upgrade for my main machine over the 3700x, but it means I can hand the 3700x down into my living room PC which currently has a 2400G with a vega56 which will be a noticeable upgrade.

Now if I can just find a 6800xt or 3080 somewhere and get a waterblock....

Same but upgrading from 3600

Also same but without a water block, I'd love to get the PowerColor red devil non-LE or LE because USB-C, good luck, It's a dog fight out there lol
