The main selling point for me was it was in stock, and a free copy of Far Cry 6 LOL.

It looks good compared to similar price Intel chips too,





Now all I need is a decent GPU. I'm looking at running a 1080 Ti, until next year when the GPU market hopefully settles down a bit.

I would expect you to get notification very soon of shipment. Not sure how it is all working though or what order they are packing.

With my number being 297, I wasn't expecting for my 5900x to ship in this round of deliveries due to returns / RMAs etc. Pleasantly surprised!
 
There is a place that has 5950x in stock for £770 for those looking by way. I know £20 more than MSRP but still not as bad as some. Had about 45 in stock a min ago.

Edit: Also claims to have 150+ 5600x for £298

I know right, and according to Gibbo, they turned up earlier in the week, but there was never any mention of that.... I bet if they had put a very short note just saying "btw those 200 5800x's have turned up" you wouldn't have cancelled and bought elsewhere.
