Help with keeping the forums upto speed, many people keep getting long delay's in opening threads and page not available errors.

A long shot this one but, has anyone suggested a sticky at the top of the page? Or even a main screen like the one when the forums closed down to remember the 9/11 thing saying about the "NO SEARCH BUTTON." :confused:
