he as a 4890 so wouldn't make must differents. it'll be running as dx10.1

I'm getting flickering on the bottom side of screen, my other screen. Using the DVI connector. The other screen using the Display port is ok. Mainly happens when I move Firefox or IE around the screen ?

I don't think the stalker games scale at all with xfire/sli.

3GHz Q6600, 4gig ram, ATI 5770 running at stock.
Benchmark is all on default advanced settings. Interesting how it ranges so much between each separate benchmark on different hardware.

thats what i thought...

i ran it with the same clock speed and the result didn't get near his..

if Tesselation and Hard Shadows is on then maybe it's not appling it

5850s scale pretty well with this.

Regarding the 5970, I'd put it down to early drivers rather the benchmark/game.

I did whatever the default settings are @1920x1200 on the rate benchmark Ultra/enhanced lighting dx11

All ran smooth as silk

Direct comparison to 5870, same settings etc (Ultra/Enhanced). Admit my CPU is slightly faster but then your 5870 is clocked
