Sacked for kicking the head off a snowman...

At the end of the day the guy probably does deserve the sack.

Maybe not for the snowman but the likley hundreds of other incidents not caught on camera.

Especially judging by the great photo of him in the link. Who honestly does that in public in full view of everyone?
 
FAKE NEWS.

He did not kick the head off. He kicked the body and the head merely rolled off moments later.
 
Also generally you don't get sacked from temp agency work, they just tell you you're not required anymore.

A mate used to do temp work and he would regularly get let go just for taking a day holiday.
