I just got the email now cancelling, same as above.

Well its been emotional, and its been interesting reading into everyones stories about this.

Well done to the guys that were successful with this.

Had the same email here too. Disgraceful, who do they think they are not giving me cheap booze! :p No wonder most people shop at Tesco!

Think I'll just bury my head in the sand, and hope that the beer turns up, discounted, by virtue of some Christmas miracle! :D
 
Just had the email through and so has everyone else at work that used the vouchers, oh well shame it didnt work but no great loss.

i got the phone call about my order on the 18th which is monday, but he never said anything about the one for tomorrow! however, in haste i just logged on and cancelled them both, i reckon the one tomorrow has/would have gone through!

Add or cancel items up to 2pm the day before for daytime deliveries (up to 4pm) and 9pm for evening deliveries (4pm-10pm).


and i just cancelled at 4pm, reckon the order would still stand...?? not listed under my account now btw! it's for 10am tomo

Just got the email as well. I might modify the order so the old mans present comes through and keep the highest voucher on it, if it works. Try and get £10 off of a £25 item.
 
DAMN i got the email too. thats the most important shop useless haha :D

wish id done what kahn did and made two orders for today :(

I think its due to time of order and area, they probably ordered a certian percentage per area, hence why those who did it early got it and those who have loads for next week didnt.

No point in logging in to cancel when they'll do it for me though.
 
still no email here. Delivery due 10 - 11 tomorrow.
Not holding out much luck.

A friend has just got email from them as well. Not too bad I guess going to let you keep the highest voucher. Still some discount (unless you didnt heed the order in the first place)

Have you checked your junk mail? My gmail account marked it as spam.
