Found out Sam Neill cause of death was pneumonia, it is the same infection killed actor Anthony Head last month.

Sam probably contracted pneumonia from handshakes from fans or asked for photos with fans with hands on shoulders.

RIP Sam.

Same thing that caused the death of my neighbour end of last month, he was 81 years old . Seems to be a lot dying of it recently and this heat everywhere is just sucking the life out of everyone that is old or has any underlying condition.

All the films I have seen him in he was good, the more I think the more films I remember, Dead Calm just poped into my head, that was pretty good, might watch that again this weekend

Sam Neill is obviously revered for his roles in Jurassic Park, Event Horizon, et al... and rightly so.

However, I reccomend watching The Dish which is a lovely little film based on a true story.

The dish is great too. Enjoyed watching it when it came out. Watch Rams you will love that too.
