Wonder if it’s the same process valve used on steamdeck to reduce glare. Looks very similar. The anti reflective display is much better than I thought it would be! ... https://twitter.com/techdroider/status/1748676688861601845?s=19
A mate sent me his but stacking them doesn't work unfortunately, so you might as well have itIm going to pull the trigger on one of these. Inormally would get the Ultra but I am tempted by the S21+ this time as it is a much nicer design. I cant find any battery life comparisons though between the two.
If anyone has a unused £50 code goiong spare

We also have initial results regarding battery life. Our current test devices all lasted longer in the 60 Hertz test than their S23 counterparts. In the case of the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus, it's even up to an hour and a half longer.
Specifically, the pixels on the Galaxy S24 went out after 15:59 hours in the test . The S24 Ultra follows after 16:40 hours , while the S24 Plus holds the current best time with an impressive 17:48 hours .
The Plus model is also ahead when it comes to charging time. The battery is fully charged after 80 minutes , whereas the S24 takes the full 90 minutes and the S24 Ultra takes 93 minutes . Although these are good values, Samsung could still improve on large parts of the competition from China, some of which are fully operational again after just 30 minutes.
I do wish they'd skipped the S-pen and shrunk the UltraGot to try the S24 ultra, plus and standard in the Samsung shop today. Counting the Ultra out too big and no real use for the S-Pen for me. The S24+ and standard look list like the iPhone and much better to grip and hold for everyday use. Felt much snappier in general app use and feels more solid then my S21+. Waiting till wed now for my S24+ to arrive.
On the glossy OLED steam deck?Wonder if it’s the same process valve used on steamdeck to reduce glare. Looks very similar.

No, on the 1tb with screen that reduces glare, its laser etched basically and looks very similar. Pros of it were that it kills a lot of reflections but cons were that finger prints / grease was hard to get off.On the glossy OLED steam deck?
It definitely wouldn't be the same process on the matte display surely.
Mine is showing preparing dispatch now, woo!
Are you not using a case?Is the matt Aluminum Armor 2 gripper compared to the titanium on the Ultra then?
Oh yes, just curious between the grip between the aluminum and titaniumAre you not using a case?
The S24U is impressive on 10x, overall though I went between preferring a different phone depending on the scene. There isn't much in it and although the sharpening has been reduced the portrait selfie he shows looks too soft to me and I prefer the S23UTechTablets- Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Vs Galaxy S23 Ultra Camera Comparison
