Of course not... like the Galaxy Tab 10.1, it will be announced in October but come out in March 2012, if not later.

The Kal-el chips are ready august with manufacturers expecting stock in september, as several already have proto-type tablets expect actual retail products before xmas imho.
I doubt any significant changes will be required for samsumg to just plop a kal-el cpu into a 10.1 and rename it the 10.4 tbh. As far as i know the proto-type used recently to show off kal-el was either a samsung or motorola tablet anyway.

I got samsun galaxy tab 10,1 wifi only but can work with 3g mifi with my own simcard that work prefect... it so light and faster.. it also can tv out by cable I've preorder for cable and new dock keyboard include usb port that won't come out until few weeks.. it for gt 7510 tab 10.1only..

Put sim card into mifi unit so that can up to 5 device to run one portable mifi unit... work with phone tablet pc laptop etc... it very small size which csn put in your pocket I used 3 contract card inyo mifi and enable in few sec with my tablet... quite useful
I'm guessing the galaxy tab 10.1 is late cos it was built form the ground up and had to be tested with honeycomb (new os) - the next gen tablets with new chips will have a quicker turnaround I reckon.

That is what I plan to do. I am better off adding 500mb more data to my package for £5 then buying anything extra.
So why has it been out in the USA for over 3 weeks now and we don't get it over here?

My girlfriend is picking mine up today from Best Buy. What do I need to get her to check?
At least power it up as it should have some juice. It will go straight into setup mode and try to connect by WiFi. I'd get her to skip that and see if the main screen is ok and some of the apps load. You could get her to check that charging works. If she's not too techie I would leave it at that.

I'd put that down to stock levels and uk/europe testing of some sort.

She isn't too techie, but she can do the basics and can follow instructions (unlike some women, lol). What screen test application would you guys recommend?
I've never used one just looked to see if it looks ok (bleeding, dead pixels).

In the future new tablet PC like wee big screen size,etc.. may too costly included 3G + Wifi so cheaper is Wifi only Tablet and grab Mifi portable broadband with 3G PAYG or Contract that lots cheaper - I used Samsung GT 10.1 with 3G Mifi 15G contract that work so cool as you can go out anywhere else - like airport, hospital,etc.. that work prefect... the new 3G sim card slot for tablet due from August may much costly... find out when it release... Mifi can let you 5 device like Tablet PC, laptop, phone, netbook, PC at same time at one cost... if put sim card into tablet then it just only one use at same cost for 3G network --- Mifi is very small size which can put pocket,etc.. easily
