No, not had any issue with maps.
Who knows! Best ring and ask before you go and buy but I think it will still be on the shelves for a few days.
According to the ruling it has to be pulled from shelves immediately, you might find a few places on the net who will sell off their stock but I wouldn't expect to see any on the high street.

I read that Apple have to fill in paperwork in each individual country. I had one on order due for delivery tomorrow. I just received an email this morning that they are preparing my order for delivery.

Had a play with a 10.1 in Currys.Digital today, guy bought one as I was stood there. Staff (unsurprisingly) had no idea about the ruling.

Because the injunction is based on Community Design Registration 000181607 granted to Apple by the EU. Basically Apple was granted the design trademark on a flat rectangle with rounded corners.
Yes thats right, they managed to trademark a flat rectangle with rounded corners. Just like all there other patents and trademarks they use to sue companies, they're all EXTREMELY obvious and generic and not remotely specific, so they apply to tons of stuff.
Apple are scum. They cant fairly compete, they just sue all the competition to eliminate them.
In other news Apple just patented the wheel. All cars are going to be banned immediately.

People need to stop buying Apple junk and boycott this disgusting company run by a dictator that likes to park his car in disabled spaces and pretend he's infertile so he dont have to pay his daughter money.
Apple is now the 2nd largest company in the world, thanks to all the i-can-buy-coolness iSheep buying there overpriced junk. And it is very much overpriced, which is not even debatable because of the fact that on each iPhone and Macbook or whatever that Apple sells they make FAR more profit than competing companies / products.
Theres too many morons that buy this **** because it has an Apple logo on it when theres far better and vastly more capable alternatives that also dont lock you into a highly closed and controlled system, and atleast give you the option to view content like Flash.

We will take all necessary measures to ensure Samsung's innovative mobile communications devices are available to customers in Europe and around the world. This decision by the court in Germany in no way influences other legal proceedings filed with the courts in Europe and elsewhere."
