Hi there,

Just thought i would ask, what is the difference between the "Zero Fill" utility of the Samsung Disk Manager and the "Low Level Format" utility on the Samsung Hutil program?

Aaah, low level format just writes a raw disk format to the disk and resets the drive as if it were fresh from the manufacturer. Zero fill writes zeroes to every single sector of the drive. You should try one last zero fill and then retest the drive. I'm not sure there is too much of a difference really though.
