Sapphire AMD Deals

To claim Starfield, there should be an item listed on your invoice as 'AMD - Starfield Radeon Game Bundle' which has a barcode printed under it, just enter the code under the barcode on the AMD rewards website (just done mine and it has redeemed successfully!)
Thanks for this...just done mine as well and wouldn't have known where to look for the code if I didn't read this!

Just redeemed my voucher too; thank you to those who pointed out how it's done!

Man, what a graphics card. It's very quiet too which was surprising and VERY different to my old Gigabyte Eagle 3060Ti. Managed to squeeze mine in to my SSUPD Meshlicious case and it's nearly the height of the case. It also runs very cool too, with so far only seeing about 66c tops:

After a long and boring day decorating the living room I finally got to install my new GPU about two hours ago. Not done any tweaking yet so everything at stock GPU wise. So far impressions are good, cooler sounds pretty quiet. Only done as a couple of runs on 3DMark so far but coil wise seemed very minimal.

20117 with a graphics score of 25589 in Time Spy.
9833 with a graphics score of 12571 in Time Spy Extreme.

Those seem about right? Compared to 7511 and 3672 respectively with my Vega 56 with the stock cooler reinstalled. Going to run it for a few days as is and then get a waterblock ordered.

Thanks all for your help regarding cables, hopefully the £15 amazon one I just bought will do the trick, I'll confirm tomorrow :)

Do you have to link your Steam account, or does it just spit out a steam code?

Mine at stock does the same at 25000ish but once on Rage mode it does 26000-27000 depending on what I have running in background-I’ve hit 28000ish once I’ve manually overclocked and undervolted it. I’ve got a MBA.

Just redeemed my code and it is quite different to how it used to be done. I did not get an email invoice but on your printed receipt there is a barcode in the Starfield item.
  1. Go to the AMD Rewards web site (just google that phrase) and login. You obviously need to have or create an account
  2. Type in the code you want to redeem
  3. It will provide a link and tell you to download the AMD Product Verification Tool
  4. Install the tool and it will check you have an AMD qualifying product installed.
  5. Once it verfies that you do indeed have a qualifying product, it loads the AMD Rewards site and lists the Starfield Premium* reward credit
Note: The game is not released yet, so you will be told you will be told you will be notified of your code closer to release.

I tried redeeming mine on my main PC with a 4080 and an AMD 5900X CPU but it told me I had no qualifying AMD products. I had to redeem the code on the PC where I installed the 7900 XT.

A word of warning for those selling or buying Starfield codes. If you do not have an AMD qualifying product you will not be able to redeem your Starfield code. The seller may have to redeem the code for you and send it to you when AMD release it.

* I see people seeling these codes in the MM, please bear in mind this is the PREMIUM edition with early access you are selling. The cheapest I have seen this selling for is £65 on CD Key sites.

Yeah the code on the invoice is not the product key, you need a 7900XT/XTX or 7000 series cpu to redeem the AMD rewards code.

Once redeemed if your stream account is linked it will automatically be added to your library when released.

If your stream account is not linked you'll get the stream key when they are available, probably when preloading starts for the game.

Considering the Starfield code is for the premium edition, it can be sold for £50 easily IMHO. The cheapest standard edition is about £45, so even matching that for the premium will bring the 7900 XT Pulse down to £650ish.

I have been critical of AMD and Nvidia pricing this gen, but £650ish (with the Starfield code resale or cost saving) is right around where there can be no complaint for this level of GPU. Hell only a week or so ago I was lamenting that the 7900 XT was going to stay at £750 for a long time and that the 7800 (or XT) would be priced at the old 6800 XT MSRP of ~£600 - £650. That post aged like Boris' "oven ready deal" quote.

Boom 7900 XT ordered! First AMD card in 20 years

You poor deluded fool :P

I jest of course, but please be sure to do a full DDU clean up of any Nvidia drivers. My 7900 XT replaced a 6700 XT, so a simple swap and driver update is all that is needed. Though when switching between vendors it is always best to do a driver clean up.

Its the price it should have been at launch. If AMD did that they would have crushed sales.

Equally, if nvidia dropped the price of the 4080 to £800 they would instantly end AMD's high end.

Something definitely rigged but it is what it is!

Agreed and I have been quite vocal that the 7900 XT is basically the 6800 XT replacement with an AMD money grab tax added.
