I'll still be getting one, just not until after the meet

If you're still up for sitting around in the cold getting footage, I have a few ideas about good places to shoot from.

1 - Cars turning right out of the junction onto the first straight (get cars zooming up the hill into the distance)

2 - Cars pulling out of dead mans junction and disappearing down the hill and around the bend

3 - Just on the brow of the hill before the long straight (down the hill and then back up the other side - as shown in one of the pictures) I think this one would be good as you can see in both directions so could get footage of the cars coming up to you, through the S bend and then zipping past you down the hill

I think points 1 and 3 would be easiest to set up for, as they're not far away from the start of the route... so wouldn't take long to get to.

I think the heated grips are going to have to make an appearance for this trip! If it is around 1-2 degrees then I wont be able to walk when i get there for a good 15 mins, my feet will probably have ice on them! Damn boots!

im tempted to come to this, but im on a diet so drinking water only and wont be eating lunch will i look out of place?

also can someone give me a map maybe a postcode? cheers

EDIT: because im way down in the south east i might come up the night before save me a long drive in the morning. any motels close by? or B&B's?

well if i can get to a B&B relatively close by ill meet at the services in the morning.

i dont mind sitting there whilst others eat lol plus im sure itll all be a laugh hehe because im coming from essex itll be a heck of a drive in the morning and would rather do it the night before
