I'll take some pics b4 I get it repaired... I'm at home now trying to source a 2nd user bumper as I'm thinking it will probably be easier!!! Also looking at replaceing the dodgy passenger wing (this was already like that). hey ho..

Hopefully no suspension damage. Haven't had the front wheels off yet but it drove ok on the way back so fingers crossed. ;) I'm proud that I have left my mark on the wall tho!!!! Potentially an expensive priviledge tho..

Had a good time on the roads back end kept twitching and after matts mk1 wall crash i backed well off.

Cheers for the ride in the RS and CTR, both amazing cars :)

Just got home myself, lots of traffic on the M6. I passed Mike around J18 and he seemed to be taking it steady. Very steady in fact :eek:

Shame the roads around there couldn't be closed off just for us :D

Edit: mattpc glad you made it home. We weren't sure where you lived...

Yeah got home no sweat- pride dented tho!! ;) I only live in North Manchester so it wasn't a long run home. I was going to stay on the meet but got hopelessly lost and headed home.. :o

When the first passenger runs took place you went out the carpark and left where the others all went to the right. We swear we saw you go past us again about 15 mins later and thats the last we saw of you :/
 
Arrived home couple of hours ago, great day in all andy i saw you go past me when i took the motoway i was wondering where u were heading ;) anyway thanks to mattpc's incident we now have a new landmark "The MX-5 Bridge of Death" :D.

Thanks to agw_01 and cymatty for organising this event again and a thank you to coco and goliath for the passenger rides. No pics from me as i forgot to bring my camera :(

Yeah then i turned round realising i'd been a dumb ass and went staight accross from the pub, the type r overtook me and then turned round, i followed them and then lost them. Felt a bit bad about leaving you guys and not even saying bye but I had no idea where you'd gone. I have a fairly rubbish sense of direction at the best of times.. :o

On another note... that RS is a ******* MONSTER!!!!!!!

Very very quick on the straights and around bends. It grips like there's no tomorrow! Muchos thankos go to John for giving me a lengthy demo of that :cool:

edit... Oh, just heard from westy. The 214 is still chugging along :cool: I've got a rather good picture of most of the attendants crowding around my car with the bonnet open. For some reason, I felt strangely happy that it got so much attention... only for my happiness to be ripped to shreds when El started on with the jokes.

So, who's going to write the story?

read the above matey! It's ashame I was having a great time until I ran out of traction and skill :o Fear not I will be patching the car up and rareing to go for the next meet. I wanted to do the Silverstone camping meet but I am working in Margate on the 6th May so can't do it..
