I was under the impression from several facebook posts you couldnt do both, not being able to do power ups and the octoplus thing or am I misunderstanding

I don't get anything for saving sessions anyway as I never use any energy at 5-6pm. Perhaps a couple of pence if I'm lucky.

Octopus finally sorted my outgoing so this will be the first saving session where I'll be able to export and have it recorded

Shame it's a lower value one again. I was led to believe that these last minute ones were meant to be a premium payback but it seems the complete opposite

First saving session and it appears the Sunsynk app is showing incorrect figures.
Sunsynk Connect shows export to the grid at around 5025W.
But the in home display for the smart meter is reading around 4.5kW

The inverter will be outputting at a max of 5000w AC (if its 5kW) but then there's your house load from that.

On mine it's taking 5.2kW from the batteries, outputting 5kW AC and the export is 4.62kW.

The flow chart is saying I'm exporting to the grid at 5kW.
My IHD shows 4.55kW right now

The idea is that those on batteries force export, didn't you just have a power up as well?

Likely efficiency losses in the mix as well.

My battery shows 9.3 kW discharge, house load 430w, DC system 400w and export 7.8kW, which of course doesn't add up, it's about 1kW out.

7.62kWh exported, baseline was 0.27 export, which mean 7.35 x £2.25 = £16.53

Battery is at 27%, and I did import 1.65kWh between 15:30 and 15:56 as the daughter was cooking!

Anyone using a car inverter to reduce demand etc. just wondering a good brand

5.4 apparently according to GE portal exported to grid, should have been a bit more but for some reason it ramped down export.
