Not sure of the relevance of the number under the kWh/£ slider in the screenshot, but you may want to blank that bit out
Presumably your smart meter data hasn't uploaded, ask them to manually request the data, they will need to do two requests, one for import and one for export, it should then populate.Make sure they request both.
Got my results in for the three recent sessions.....
