Well I'm going to year 8 in like 7 days and I just feel a bit nervous about moving up. It's a bit like will anything change, will things get harder. Will I be ready for it all.

It'll be pretty much the same apart from now you are one year closer to getting drunk and touching girls

Anything up to year 10 is basically a **** around. Surely the move from primary school y6 to y7 would have been scarier. Do ok in these coming years then knuckle down in 10 and 11 if you want decent grades.

I'm 12 and what is thi-

It'll be just the same. Just have fun and mess around. It only starts to matter in year 10 and 11.

I feel old at 18 now.

Note that the second point isn't a given.

It's just the same but it's harder to get praise points and you get to make fun of the new kids. Of course, when it actually does matter you get to the point where you pretty much just can't give a ****.

I got a level 7 in maths in year 7. I didn't revise. Is that bad or do I need to revise?

Year 8 is the one after 7. It's the 2nd year of secondary school.

If I could give any advice to you, stick with this forum if you are in to IT, a lot of the stuff I learnt was from these forums. What do you want to be when you leave school?

I always thought it was the 1st year... You only go up to Primary 6? The hell is going on down in England.

Also, it's half 11. Go to bed child.
