scout update TF2

I hope your right, its just scout it going to be a popular class now, just like pyro is. If you get 2 or 3 scouts doing the baseball thing its going to be hard to aviod not matter what class you go.

Boohoo. People whined about the Medic/Pyro/Heavy updates yet when they went live everything was dandy.

I never whined abou the medic/pyro/heavy update. As they added stuff to the game without effecting blance.

This scout bat could really effect the blance of the game. As some one has said uber charge is the only way sometimes to break through a tough defense.

Now when your uberd, you gonna have to look out for pyros with their air blast, and now scouts sneaking up on you using their baseball as well as trying to take down 2-3 sg's. Even if u get stunned for the short time it be easily enough time for a few sgs to kill you.

The whole point of a uber charge is to make you invulnerable to damage. You can stand there and take everything a team throws at you, rockets, sg fire, stickys, yet a scout can come along with a baseball bat and ball and break the ubercharge. It makes no sense, is it some sort of magic baseball?

I'd wait until we get to play around with the new content before we judge the impact it will have

exactly, lots of people jumping the gun.

this is valve we're talking about, they won't mess things up.

I'm guessing we'll be seeing some new maps with this also, or maybe a new mode, again there are six days listed and the weapons will only take three.

hopefully we'll get pl_cashworks and pl_frontier

would be cool to get a whole bunch of new maps, once they're official they get released on so many more servers

i'd love to see crossover2, warpath and avanti from TFC ported to this game


it says on the tf2.com website, that the update is OUT on the 24th (tuesday)

i don't know why people are moaning about the counter to an uber.. it already has 5 hard couters. level 3 sg, soldier rocket, pyro blast, demo stickies, and blocking the medic!

We used to have a good one, but the server was taken down a while back. One of my mate's had a server for a bit and I advertised on here but it didn't really take off.
